King Von Autopsy Photo

Jul 15, 2023king von was a serial killer, and a lot of serial killer’s death photos are online. King von most likely killed numerous people. Wait i’m confused are you saying the original autopsy picture of von was his face artificially placed on another dead persons body or are you saying there’s something new going around that’s fake?

His autopsy photo shows a wound by his armpit that was strangely not sewn up, i wonder if that was the fatal one. This is off the topic but i was listening to king von until his autopsy pictures got leaked. Jan 24, 2021idk the autopsy photo looked like he had a bullet wound near his upper chest / lower neck which is your torso.
