War Era: 1940s Wallpaper Patterns

This report lists the beginning and ending dates for “periods of war” found in title 38 of the code of federal regulations, dealing with the department of veterans affairs (va). Joint doctrine discusses traditional war as a confrontation between nation-states or coalitions of nation-states. This joint resolution may be cited as the "war powers resolution".

Congress passed the war powers resolution in the aftermath of the vietnam war to address these concerns and provide a set of procedures for both the president and congress to follow in situations. The act of a person who intentionally causes, or conspires or attempts to cause, serious bodily injury to one or more persons, including lawful combatants, in violation of the law of war.
